My goal is to help as many people as I can with buying, selling, and investing in Real Estate. One of my focuses is on Pre-Construction/New Condos that have not been released to the public and in a lot of the times, haven't even been released to the agents. I have seen prices jump by tens of thousands of dollars before they are available to the public so I have leveraged my connections to allow myself and my clients to buy at the first VIP stage of sales. I also am very interested in Distressed Properties. (Power of Sale, Bank Auction, Forclosure, Grow Ops, Estate Sales) There is a big potential to grab a home for significantly below market value so I always keep on eye out for these types of homes. (Whether for Investment or Personal)
