The spring real estate market in the GTA is in full swing! Check out the average price numbers for mid-month April homes sold in the GTA.
Signs of spring are becoming more apparent! As we pass the mid point of April, industry experts mention that the increase in overall average home prices were driven by single and semi-detached as well as townhouse sales in the city. The first half of the month has seen an appreciative increase of average home prices across the 416 and 905 areas to $666K and $536K respectively. In terms of new listings, both areas experienced a small dip compared to the same time last year. The number of sales has experienced a slight increases for the 905 area to 2,893 as well as the 416 area to 1,648 compared to last April. Check out the breakdown by home type below.
