The multi-billionaire and media tycoon just sold his mid-19th-century Greek Revival-style townhouse in Manhattan’s West Village neighbourhood for a whopping US$27.5 million! With four floors, it features a rooftop deck, terraced backyard, a gym, screening room, and a wine cellar.
- Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen’s Tribeca pad (5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5,000 sq. ft.) – US$20 million
Not scheduled to be completed until 2018, the New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel wife just dropped an astounding US$20 million on an apartment in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighbourhood. There aren’t many details regarding the waterfront property, but it does boast a sprawling terrace, views of Manhattan and the Hudson River, and luxurious amenities like an 82-foot-long lap pool, squash courts, cycling, and yoga and pilates studios.
